Report content

To report a message, image or character, use the menu next to it in the chat, or the report form. You do not need an account to report. Reports about minors, non-consensual intimate images or your own likeness are handled within 48 hours; others within 7 business days.

Account and data

• To delete your account, go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. Guests can delete their guest data there too. If you can't sign in, write to [email protected] from the account's email. Deleting removes your chats, profile and photos.
• To get a copy of your data or correct it, write to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy.
• Closed as under 18 by mistake? Write to us from the same email.

Billing

Payments are not open yet: you can see the plans and choose a payment method, but nothing is charged. Once they open, cancel Premium in your account at any time. For refunds and charges you do not recognise, see the Refund Policy or write to [email protected].
