These Terms are an agreement between you and Lovenium ("we", "us"). They cover the Lovenium website and app (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Content Policy, the Refund Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and of the age of majority where you live. Do not use Lovenium if you are not.
The Service contains sexual content, including text and images generated by AI.
When you enter, and again when you create an account, you confirm you are 18 or older. If you tell us you are under 18, we close the account and this device is shown an adults-only notice.
If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we suspend the account and delete it.

2. Where Lovenium is available

Lovenium is not available where the law requires an age-verification method we do not offer yet. Today this includes the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Australia and several US states. Do not use a VPN or other means to reach the Service from those places. We may change this list at any time.

3. You are talking to AI

Every character on Lovenium is fictional and is played by an artificial intelligence. No character is a real person, and no human writes the replies.
Replies can be wrong, inconsistent or unexpected. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other advice.
If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, contact local emergency services, call or text 988 in the United States, or find a helpline at findahelpline.com. Lovenium is not a crisis service; see the Safety and Crisis Protocol.
All characters and images are generated by AI and depict fictional adults. Lovenium does not show or produce images of real people.

4. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Give accurate information, including about your age.
One person, one account. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.
You can delete your account at any time in your profile, under Privacy & data → Delete account (you sign in again to confirm). A guest can delete their guest data there too. Deleting it removes your chats and profile as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Rules for using Lovenium

You must follow the Content Policy. In short, you must not use Lovenium to create or request content involving minors, non-consent, incest, bestiality, real people, or other content listed there, and you must not try to get around our safety systems. You must also not:

break the law or help someone else break it;
attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service;
use automated tools to access the Service, except as we allow;
resell or commercially use content from the Service without our written permission.

6. Your content and AI output

"Your content" is what you type or upload. You keep your rights in it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it only to run and protect the Service, including moderation, and to improve it where you have agreed to that (see the Privacy Policy).
AI replies and images are generated for your private use. We do not claim ownership of them against you, but similar output may be generated for other users. You may not use AI output in a way that breaks these Terms or the law.
Chats are private. Other users cannot see them.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We check messages, replies and images with automated systems and, where needed, human review, to keep the Service within the Content Policy and the law.
We may block a message or reply, stop a scene, remove content, limit features, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. For serious violations, such as anything involving minors, we act immediately and may report to the authorities.
If you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected]. We review appeals within 7 days.

8. Premium, credits and payments

Payments are not open yet. You can see the plans and choose a payment method, but nothing is charged and we never ask for card details. The prices and renewal terms below apply once payments open.

Free use. Guests can send 10 messages. A free account can send 25 messages a day.
Premium is a subscription: $12.99 per month, $29.97 per 3 months or $59.88 per year. Premium includes 100 credits every month, also on longer plans; they expire at the end of that month.
Credit packs: 100 credits for $9.99, 350 for $29.99, 1,200 for $89.99. Purchased credits do not expire.
Some photos, videos and voice messages in chat are shown blurred or locked; they are part of Premium once payments open.
Credits pay for features such as generated scenes, private photos and calls. The price in credits is shown before you use a feature. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refunded except as the Refund Policy says.
Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment processor, named at checkout; its terms also apply.
Automatic renewal. Premium renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There is no free trial.
We may change prices or features. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we tell you in advance.
Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are covered by the Refund Policy.

9. Our rights

The Service, its software, design and characters belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service. Nothing else is transferred to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Service, its availability, or the accuracy of AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Lovenium and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive ending the agreement, such as 6, 9, 10, 11 and 14, continue to apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Service. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Lovenium is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to solve it.
